上海地区青少年浅部真菌病临床及病原菌分析

目的了解上海地区青少年浅部真菌病的发病特点和致病菌种分布情况。方法分析2009年1月-2011年12月本院门诊978例年龄≤18岁浅部真菌病患儿的临床资料,采集标本进行真菌学培养和鉴定。结果皮肤念珠菌病例居首位,共230例(23.52%),白念珠菌为主要致病菌占73.91%;红色毛癣菌在致病菌中分离率最高,占34.15%。结论上海地区青少年浅部真菌病中,应重视以白念珠菌引起的皮肤念珠菌病的防治;同时红色毛癣菌引起的体股癣和手足癣仍是高发病例;头癣致病菌主要为犬小孢子菌。

Analysis of Clinic and Pathogen of Superficial Mycoses in Adolescents in Shanghai Region

Objective To know distribution of pathogen and disease characteristics of superficial mycoses in adolescents in Shanghai region. Methods Clinical data of 978 outpatients with superficial mycoses at age younger than 18 years old in our hospital have been analysed, specimen were collected and pathogenic fungi were cultured and identified. Results The case of skin candidiasis ranked in first, totally 230 cases (23.52%), Candida albicans was the most frequent causative fungus, accounted to 73.91%; Trichophyton rubrum strains were isolated at most, accounted to 34.15%. Conclusion Should pay more attention to prevention and treatment of skin candidiasis caused by Candida albicans in adolescents with superficial mycoses in Shanghai; at the same time, tinea cruris,tinea corporis and tinea of manus and pedis is the most common superficial fungal disease, with the predominant pathogen being Trichophyton rubrum; Microsporum canis is the primary pathogen of tinea capitis in this region.
