宋金元时期中药药味标定及演变规律考证

摘    要:中药五味是中药的基本属性之一。然而,历史上对于中药五味的标定十分混乱。宋金元时期是中药五味标定方式上的一个转型期,该文通过系统研究该时期的中医药文献,得出宋金元时期的药味标定规律,即中药药味经历了北宋前中期的口尝五味标定,后期的以类相推以及以药物功效反推的药物药味,后一种标定方式在金元时期达到了高峰。这种规律的总结为中药药味的标准制定提供了一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract:Five flavors are basic nature of Chinese medicine. But the labeling of Chinese medicine flavors was in a chaos. Song Jin and Yuan dynasty is a transconformation stage of labeling Chinese medicine flavors. In this article the author put forward that the determination of Chinese medicine flavor shifted from tasting of early and middle age of Northern Song dynasty to categorical analogizing and functional analogizing in the late age of Northern Song dynasty. The latter method had a flourished development in Southern Song, Jin and Yuan dynasty. This regularity conclusion has provided a reference for the standardizing Chinese medicine flavors.
