基因芯片技术检测乙、丙型肝炎病毒临床研究

摘    要:探讨基因芯片技术在乙、丙型病毒检测的作用。方法用迈科锐HBV、HCV联合基因芯片检测血清HBV-DNA和HCV-RNA。结果基因芯片检测42例HBV-DNA的检出率为86%(26/30),符合率为88%(37/42),假阳性为8%(1/12)。检测HCV-RNA检出率为71%(5/7)。符合率为92%(39/42),假阳性为2%(1/35)。结论 HBV、HCV联合基因芯片检测HBV-DNA和HCV-RNA有较好的敏感性和特异性。

Abstract:To investigate the value of gene microarray in detection of HBV and HCV. Methods To detect HBV - DNA and HCV - RNA in serum with HBV - HCV united mirroarry. Results 42 cases of viral hepatitis were tested, the positive rate for HBV - DNA was 86% (26/30), coincidental rate was 88% (37/42), and false positive rate was 8% (1/12) in 42 cases detected by the technique As to HCV - RNA, the positive rate was 71% (5/7), coincidental rate was 92% (39/42), and false positive rate was 2% (1/35) .Conclusions The technique is proved to be good sensitive and special in detection of HBV and HCV.
