脊柱微创术后应用甲基强的松龙的疗效分析

目的:观察脊柱微创术后应用甲基强的松龙改善神经功能的疗效。方法:选取颈、腰椎间盘突出症患者共251例,随机分为2组。治疗组143例,微创手术减压后应用甲基强的松龙静脉滴注;对照组108例,微创术后使用地塞米松治疗。治疗1个月后比较两组患者的疗效。结果:治疗组颈、腰椎间盘突出症患者疗效均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:脊柱微创术后使用适量的甲基强的松龙,能够改善颈椎间盘突出症及腰椎间盘突出症患者的神经功能。

Analysis on the curative effect of applying methylprednisolone after minimally invasive spinal surgery

Objective：To observe the curative effect of methylprednisolone（MP） on improving neurologic function after minimally invasive spinal surgery（MISS）.Methods：251 selective patients with cervical disc herniation（CDH）or lumbar disc herniation（LDH） were randomly divided into 2 groups.143 cases in treatment group were administrated with intravenous MP infusion after MISS,while the others in control group were administrated with dexamethasone after MISS.The curative effects were compared between the 2 groups after one month treatment.Results：The curative effect of MP on CDH and LDH patients in treatment group were better than that in control group.There was statistical difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：After MISS,appropriate applying of MP can improve the neurologic function of CDH patients and LDH patients.
