血清GPDA检测在多种恶性肿瘤诊断中的意义

目的:探讨血清甘氨酰脯氨酸二肽氨基肽酶(GPDA)检测在多种恶性肿瘤诊断中的意义.方法:采用日立7150型全自动生化分析仪动态分析法测定118例各种肿瘤患者以及112例正常人血清中的GPDA活性.结果:74.1%的肺癌,72.2%的胃癌患者血清中GPDA活性显著低于正常组(P＜0.01);71.4%肺癌肝转移,66.7%胃癌肝转移,69.4%原发性肝癌患者血清中GPDA活性显著高于正常组(P＜0.01);而肝血管瘤患者血清中GPDA活性在正常范围(P＞0.05).结论:GPDA活性检测可以为胃癌,肺癌以及原发性肝癌的临床诊断与鉴别诊断提供依据,同时对监测恶性肿瘤肝转移具有重要意义.

Significance of serum GPDA assay in the diagnosis of malignancies

Objective: To study significance of serum activity of glycylproline dipeptidyl aminopeptidase (GPDA) in the diagnosis of different kinds of cancer. Methods: The serum GPDA activity in 112 normal cases and 181 tumor cases was determined by using HITACHI-7150 automatic biochemical analyzer in the dynamic analysis. Results: The activities of GPDA in 74.1% cases of lung cancer and 72.2 % cases of gastric cancer were markedly lower than that of normal control ( P <0.01). The activities of GPDA in 71.4 % cases of lung cancer with hepatic metastasis,66.7 % cases of gastric cancer with hepatic metastasis and, 69.4 % cases of primary hepatocarcinoma were significantly higher than that in normal cases ( P <0.01). The activity of serum GPDA in hepatic angioma was normal ( P >0.05). Conclusion: Serum GPDA activity is a sensitive and reliable marker for diagnosis of lung cancer,gastric cancer,and primary heptocarcinoma. It is important for the differential diagnosis of liver tumor (benign/malignant) and monitoring the metastasis of other cancer in liver.
