| 摘 要： | 目的:通过总结232例常见静脉疾病患者的典型血管成像(CTA),揭示外周静脉疾病的病因及转归。方法:用16排螺旋CT对232例静脉疾病患者行CT血管成像检查,并进行血管3D重建。结果:诊断符合率达92%,能较清楚的显示静脉病变及其与周围组织及占位病变的关系。结论:多排螺旋CT血管成像对静脉疾病术前的诊断、术后随访观察有较高的实用价值。诊断具有全面、详细、准确等优点,应积极推行及研究,这将对进一步提高静脉疾病诊疗水平有促进作用。
