| Abstract: | Objective To explore the methods and effects of targeted health education in colostomy patients. Method A total of 46 perioperative colostomy patients received targeted health education in different stages. Health knowledge and the satisfactory degree of patients to nursing work were collected and compared before and after the education. Results The pass rate of health knowledge and the satisfactory degree of patients were increased, the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Applying targeted health education in different stages of perioperative colostomy patients can improve the patients and family＇s enthusiasm to participate in treatment, enhance the effect of health education and promote patients＇recovery. |
