| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨长蛇灸治疗强直性脊柱炎中的护理安全问题及其防范措施,防止不良并发症发生.方法 对患者施灸前做好充分的灸前准备,并针对治疗中容易发生的皮肤过敏及感染、烫伤、晕厥等安全问题进行积极防范以及灸后的护理干预.结果 38例患者无并发症发生,保障了患者安全.结论 针对长蛇灸治疗强直性脊柱炎中的护理安全问题积极防范,可以保...

| Abstract: | Objective To explore nursing safety problems and management strategies of hydra moxibustion treatment applied in patients with ankylosing spondylitis, so as to prevent the occurrence of adverse complications. Methods Adequate preparation was done before hydra moxibustion treatment, and the prob- lems,which were easy to occur during the treatment, such as skin allergies and infections, bums, syncope and other safety issues, were prevented actively, and nursing interventions after hydra moxibustion treatment were strengthened. Result No adverse complications happened in 38 patients, and the safty of patients was protected. Conclusion Positive prevention of nursing security problems during hydra moxibustion treatment can enhance the safety of patients. |
