静脉肾盂造影使用654—2的护理

目的：探讨静脉肾盂造影使用654—2的护理经验。方法：对200例静脉肾盂造影使用654—2的患者资料进行回顾性分析。结果：2例出现中度口干，10例出现轻度口干，8例出现面红、面潮热、心跳等轻度的654—2副作用，7例出现荨麻疹，经静脉注射地塞米松后症状缓解，完成检查。多数患者检查结果满意，显影时间快，效果好。2例重度肾积水患者未见显影。结论：护理工作在静脉肾盂造影使用654—2的检查中起关键性作用。

Nursing Experience of Intravenous Pyelography Using 654- 2

Objective： To study the nursing experience of performing intravenous pyelography using 654 - 2. Methods： To retrospectively analyse 200 cases of intravenous pyelography using 654 - 2. Results ： In 200 patients there are 2 with moderate xerostomia, 10 with mild xerostomia, 8 with mild side -effects of 654 -2 such as a flush, tidal fever and pyknocardia. After injection of dexamethasone, 7 patients with urticaria had a relief of symptons and were able to finish the test. In most cases, outcomes were satisfying and patients had a fast and good pelviureteric developing. Only 2 patients with severe hydronephrosis were not developing. Conclusions：Nursing management played a significant role in a intravenous pyelography using 654 - 2.
