| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨老年脑卒中致吞咽障碍患者的护理干预效果.方法 对观察组和对照组老年脑卒中致吞咽障碍患者给予对症支持治疗和常规护理,其中观察组在此基础上予以吞咽训练、进食恢复干预.结果 护理干预后观察组总有效率和满意度明显高于对照组；不良事件发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.01或P＜0.05).结论 护理干预...

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of the nursing intervention on deglutition disorders induced by stroke in the elderly. Methods The observation group and the control group both received the supportive treatment and the routine care. On this basis, the observation group received deglutition training, food taking recovery intervention. Results The total effective rate and satisfactory degree in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Nursing intervention could improve the ability of deglutition in elderly stroke patients with deglutition disorders, improve nursing satisfaction, reduce the incidence of adverse events, improve prognosis, and promote the overall recovery. |
