Abstract:Objective To analyze the causes of 68 cases of nurse - patient disputes and explore its countermeasures. Methods Sixty - eight cases of nurse - patient disputes were retrospectively analyzed about their causes,the proportions of junior nurses with different years of working experience and education levels. Results Among the 68 cases,the proportion of nurses with years of working experience less than 5 years was higher than the other nurses,accounting for 57.35% ,the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.01 ). The proportion of the nurse -patient disputes among different education levels of junior nurses, the differences were statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Low - educated junior nurses are the high - risk population of nurse - patient disputes. The standardized training about communication should be strengthened especially in junior nurses.
