| 摘 要： | 目的观察华法林的Roberts应用方法抗凝治疗心肌梗死后脑梗死的安全性和有效性。方法18例心肌梗死后脑梗死的患者按Roberts的依年龄调整华法林负荷量的方法抗凝治疗。结果18例患者均在用药后2~4d达到有效的抗凝强度,治疗1个月基本痊愈10例,显著进步6例,进步2例,无颅内出血等不良反应。结论Roberts依年龄调整华法林剂量的方法可达到快速和安全抗凝的目的,初步表明该方法对心肌梗死后脑梗死的治疗是安全和有效的。

| Abstract: | Objective It is to observe the safety and effect of Roberts' Warfarin loading protocol on cerebral infarction after myocardial infarction. Methods 18 patients with cerebral infarction after myocardial infarction were treated with Roberts' age adjusted Warfarin loading protocol. Results 18 patients got their prothrombin strength in two to four days after treatment. Ten patients were cured, six patients got significant improvement and two patients were improved after one month. All the patients had not cerebral hemorrhage and other adverse reaction. Conclusion Roberts' age adjusted Warfarin loading protocol can get quick and safe anticoagulation, and it initially shows that the protocol is safe and effective on cerebral infarction after myocardial infarction. |
