电阻抗法快速测定饮用纯净水中细菌和真菌总数的研究

摘    要:应用电阻抗法快速测定饮用纯净水中细菌和真菌总数,测定结果与现行的国际法比较,细菌和真菌指标的相符率分别为94.7%和90.4%,检测时间从48hr和5d分别缩短至14.5hr和44hr,而且样品污染越严重,检出时间就越短,细菌指标不合格时间为11.3hr;真菌指标不合格时间为27.1hr。因此,电阻抗法是一种快速有效的检测新技术。

Abstract:This study was conducted to compare current conventional method with the impedance method for rapid detection of total counts of bacterium and fungus in purified drinking water. The results indicated that the corresponding rate of two methods in index of bacterium and fungus was 94.7% and 90.4%, respectively.The detection time was shortened for 48br and 5days to 14.5hr and 44hr, respectively. Moreover, the more serious contaminated,the shorter time needed. The impedance method was able to predict a positive sample within 11 .3hr(baterium)and 27. 1hr(fungus). Therefore, impedance method was a rapid accurate detection method.
