| 摘 要： | 目的：总结护理干预对慢性乙型肝炎病人治疗依从性的影响。方法：随机抽取，68例乙肝病人，随机分成观察组32例和对照组36例，观察组接受制订的护理干预，对照组按常规护理·观察和总结两组的结果并比较分析。结果：两组1-3阶段治疗依从性比较，观察组各阶段治疗依从性明显优于对照组，均P〈0.01。结论：通过护理干预病人的心理、社会因素，健康宣教等可明显提高病人的治疗依从性。

| Abstract: | Objective:Aggregate nursing intervention on patients with chronic hepatitis B treatment compliance impact.Methods:Selected 68 cases to hepatitis B patients were randomly divided into 32 cases of the observation group and the control group of 36 cases,Observer Group accepted the formulation of nursing intervention,the control group on conventional care,observation and the results were summarized and compared.Results:1-3 group stage of treatment compliance compared,treatment compliance is better than the control group,P<0.01.Conclusion:Nursing Intervention patients through the psychological and social factors,such as health missionary significantly improve the treatment of patients with compliance. |
