腰痛病人相关因素分析及对策

目的 分析腰痛病人的性别、年龄、腰痛的原因及发病时间，从而寻找预防腰痛的依据。方法 随机抽取1990—2002年在我院住院腰痛病人106例病历为调查研究对象。结果 腰痛病人中女性明显多于男性，以51—60岁居多，占24．53％；腰椎间盘突出症(62．26％)和腰椎退行性变(51．8％)是腰痛的两大原因；腰痛时间多为1年以内，占65．09％(初次就医诊治)。结论 应加强腰痛的预防工作。重点在女性50岁以上的老年人中开展，同时应注意腰椎间盘突出症及其退行性变的防治研究，腰痛病人也应及早到医院正规治疗。

Analysis the Related Factors and Treadment for Low Back Pain Patients

Objective To analyse the sex, age, reason and period of persons with low back pain (LBP) and hence to develop a prevention treatment. Methods 106 random cases with personal history of lower back pain were studied in hospital between 1990 and 2002. Results Female is more than male patient with lower back pain.There are 24.53% persons with LBP between 51 - 60 years old.Protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc(62.26%) and degeneration(51.8%) are two important cause of LBP. Conclusion We must enhance prevention on LBP, especially 50 older female. More research should be done on prevention and cure of protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc and degeneration.Persons with LBP should see doctor early and be treated regularity.
