老年妇科患者围手术期处理110例分析

目的探讨老年妇科患者围手术期处理的具体措施。方法对老年妇科手术110例围手术期资料进行统计分析。结果资料显示老年妇女易合并高血压、心脏病和糖尿病。老年妇科手术疾病中，子宫脱垂占34．5％，妇科恶性肿瘤占35．5％，良性肿瘤占30％。术中可出现低血压及心绞痛，术后可出现心衰。肺部感染、切口裂开等并发症。结论只要术前准备充分，术中、术后加强监护，老年妇科患者是可以安全度过围手术期的。

Perioprative analysis of 110 senile gynecologic Patients

Objective To investigate the detailed methods in perioperative peried for senile gynecologic patients.Methods 110 aged patients with gynecologic surgery were analysed retrospectively from 1996 to 1999. Results The data showed that senile womnen were easy to suffer from hypertension, heart disease and diabetes mellitus. The common gnecologic surgery indications for elder women were gynecologic malignant tumor(35. 5 % ), prolapse of uterus(34. 5 % )and benign tumor(30 % ). During operation, the common complications were hypotension and angina pectoris. Heart failure and wound split were common after operation. Conclusion The senile women would safely undergo perioperative peried as long as there were full preparation before operation and careful monitoring during and after operation.
