摘    要:目的 探讨B超测量胎儿各径线的临床价值。方法 将100例单胎孕37 ̄41周的孕妇产前3天内的B超测胎儿双顶径、股骨长、腹围、双肩径与生后3天内的新生儿各径线值比较,并进行其与新生儿体重的相关性的分析,应用双肩径预测巨大胎儿。结果 不同性别胎儿的各径线不同。B超测量胎儿各径线与生后测量值有良好的符合性,且与新生儿体重呈正相关。结论:双肩径为11.0cm时巨大胎儿的诊断指数最好,对诊断巨大胎儿有帮助,

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the clinical value of fetal diameters measured byB ultrasound.Methods:Fetal(<3 days before birth)diameters of biparietal diameter(BPD),femur length(FL),abdominal circumference(AC)and bishoulder diameter(BSD)measured by B-ultrasound were compared with those of newborns(<3 days after birth)in 100 full-term pregnant cases,and their correlation with neonatal birth weight was also analyzed.Results:Mean values of each diameter were different by sex.Fetal diameters measured by B ultrasound showed no significant difference from those of newborns measured after birth,and had positive correlation with neonatal birth weight.The diagnostic index for fetal macrosomia reached its highest when BSDs were larger than 11.0cm.Conclusion:Fetal diameters measured by B ultrasound,especially BSD,could predict fetal macrosomia and decrease scapula dystocia. \ \
