出血性输卵管炎致急腹症45例临床分析

了解出血性输卵管炎致急腹症的发病特点，规律，提高对本病的认识，减少误诊。方法对１９９１年１月至１９９６年１２月收治的４５例出血性输卵管炎病例进行回顾性分析。结果本组８例诊断为出血性输卵管炎，３７例误诊为疾病；１６例保守治疗，２９例手术治疗，均治愈。

Clinical Analysis of 45 Patients with Acute Abdomen Caused by Hemorrhagic Salpingitis

Objective\ To study the features of onset,regularity of hemorrhagic salpingitis and to improve our knowledge,and to reduce misdiagnosis.Methods\ To study retrospectively 45 patients with hemorrhagic salpingitis from January,1991 to December,1996.Results\ 8 patients were diagnosed on admission,37 patients were misdiagnosed.All patients were completely recovered,of which 16 patients were treated medically,29 patients surgically.Conclusions\ The precipitation of hemorrhagic salpingitis was associated with recent intrauterine procedure.Onset of hemorrhagic salpingitis may be accompanied by different degree of fever,abdominal pain(usually continuous dull pain)and a small quantities of intraperitoneal hemorrhage,shock was not often found;hemoglobin reduced slowly,while the white blood cell count increased.Conservative management should be emphasized on therapy.
