南昌地区正常孕产妇血清免疫球蛋白与补体3水平的观察

目的 了解正常妊娠孕产妇血清ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＡ、ＩｇＭ及Ｃ３水平。方法 采用单相免疫扩散法对２７３例正常孕产妇三种血清免疫球蛋白（Ｉｇ）和补体３（Ｃ３）水平进行了测定，并与２１例非妊娠妇女作比较。结果 正常妊娠组与非妊娠组比较，血清ＩｇＧ水平降低明显，差异有显著性（Ｐ〈０．０１）。早、中、晚孕及产后分别下降４４．０３％、１８．４６％、３５．４５％和３５．７７％。除中孕组外，其它各组差异均有显著性（Ｐ〈

Serum Levels of Immunoglobulin and C3 in the Normal Pregnancy Women in Nanchang Area

Objective\ To determine the serum levels of IgG,IgA,IgM and C3 in normal pregnancy women.Methods\ We observed 273 normal pregnancy women serum levels of immunoglobulin and C3 by the single radial immunodiffusion method ,comparing the results with those in 21 nonpregnancy women.Results\ The serum level of IgG of normal pregnancy women was significantly lower than that of non-pregnancy women (P<0.01).The serum level of IgG in the first trimester,second trimester,third trimester and the puerperium period decreased by 44.03%,18.46%,35.45% and 35 77%respectively.There is a signifficant difference except the second trimester group(P<0.01).The serum level of IgA in the first trimester,second trimester,third trimester and the puerperium period decreased by 16.69%,37.94%,17.80%,and 58.94% respectively.There is a signifficant difference only in puerperium group(P<0.01).The serum level of IgM in normal pregnancy women was higher that that of non-pregnancy women,increased by 42.15%,16.64%,25.82%,7.27% respectly.There is a signifficant difference only in the third trimester group (P<0.05).The serum level of IgM was obviously related to the age of women (P<0.01),the level of C3 increased with gestational age and decreased obviously after delivering(P<0.05).Conclusion\ The serum level of immunoglobulin and C3 of normal pregnancy women always changes in order to adapt to its immunol ogic reaction and regulation.
