突发性耳聋患者治疗前后NO/NOS和ET的含量变化及其临床意义

摘    要:目的:探讨血NO、NOS、ET含量与突发性耳聋的关系。方法:应用酶法和放免法检测突发性耳聋患者治疗前后NO、NOS及ET的含量,并与30例正常健康志愿者相比较。结果:突发性耳聋患者治疗前血NO水平低于正常组(P<0.05),而NOS、ET高于正常组(P<0.01);治疗1个月后血NO、NOS与正常人比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而ET与正常人比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:突发性耳聋患者血NO、NOS、ET水平的检测对了解病情观察其预后有一定的临床价值。

Abstract:To study the changes of serum NO and NOS and plasma ET after appropriate treatment for patients with sudden deafness. Methods: Serum NO/NOS ratio and plasma ET contents were measured respectively by EIA and RIA in 58 patients with sudden deafness before and after treatment, as well as in 30 controls. Results: Serum levels of NO were significantly lower (P<0.05), but levels of NOS and ET significantly higher (P<0.01) in patients with sudden deafness than those in the controls before treatment. One month after treatment, the serum levels of NO and NOS in the patients were not much different from those in the controls (P>0.05), but plasma ET levels remained significantly higher (P< 0.05). Conclusion: Changes of serum NO/NOS ratio and plasma ET contents after treatment might be of prognostic importance in patients with sudden deafness.
