| 摘 要： | 目的研究左旋卡尼汀(L-CN)与环磷腺苷葡胺(MCA)联合应用治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床疗效及安全性。方法对58例确诊的CHF患者随机分为L-CN与MCA联合治疗组(联合治疗组)30例和MCA治疗组28例。MCA治疗组在常规基础治疗上加用MCA180mg静脉滴注,1次/d,联合治疗组在MCA治疗组的基础上加用国产L-CN3g静脉滴注,1次/d,疗程均为2周。4周后比较两组治疗前后及组间的NYHA分级、6min步行距离及超声心动图测定的左心室射血分数、左心室舒张末容积等指标。结果治疗前两组患者各项观察指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者心功能分级、6min步行距离均明显改善,LVEF明显升高,LVEDD明显降低(P<0.05),但联合治疗组比MCA治疗组改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论联合应用左旋卡尼汀与环磷腺苷葡胺治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭有较好的疗效,且无明显不良反应。
