儿童特应性皮炎的特异性免疫治疗的研究

目的　探讨特异性免疫治疗对儿童特应性皮炎的疗效及方法。方法　 14 8例特应性皮炎患儿分为特异性免疫治疗组和对照组 ,每组均为 74例。所有患儿首先进行变应原皮试 ,治疗组根据皮试阳性的吸入性变应原配制脱敏液 ,按常规脱敏和维持脱敏二个阶段对其进行特异性免疫治疗 ,总疗程 8个月至 18个月。对照组给予抗组胺药和外用药物治疗。结果　特异性免疫治疗总有效率治疗组为 93 2 % ,对照组为 68 9% ;其中痊愈率治疗组为 68 9% ,对照组为 17 6% ;有效率治疗组为 2 4 3 % ,对照组为5 1 3 %。经统计学处理 ,差异有极显著性 (P <0 0 1)。结论　特异性免疫治疗是一种治疗儿童特应性皮炎的有效方法。

A Clinical Study on Specific Immunotherapy Using Allergens for Children Atopic Dermatitis

Objective To investigate the effects of specific immunotheraphy(SIT) using allergens for children atopic dermatitis(AD) to find an efficacious method to treat AD. Methods 148 children with AD were divided into SIT group and control group. All patients were given allergen intradermal tests. The patients in SIT group received SIT using positive aero-allergens for 8 to 18 months. The patients in control group received the treatment of antihistamine drugs and drugs for external use. Results Total effective rate and curative rate of SIT group were 93.2% and 68.9% respectively, and those of control group were 68.9% and 17.6% respectively, which had a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01). Conclusion The data showed that specific immunotheraphy for atopic dermatitis in children was effective.
