| 摘 要： | 目的探讨扩大额下硬膜外经蝶入路切除中、上斜坡及蝶窦内肿瘤的手术技术。方法我们借鉴国内张俊廷的手术入路方法治疗8例蝶窦、斜坡区肿瘤,术中锯开双侧眉弓、部分眶顶骨,磨除蝶骨平台,沿蝶鞍下方切除肿瘤,并采用额部骨膜及肌肉、脂肪与医用胶粘合重建颅底。结果全切除肿瘤2例,近全切除肿瘤2例,大部分切除肿瘤4例。结论该入路对蝶窦斜坡区中线部肿瘤具有暴露充分,脑组织损伤小,并发症少的优点。

| Abstract: | Objective To probe into extended bifrontal epidural transsphenoidal approach to tumor removal in sphenoidale and the middle or lower clival regions. Methods 8 cases of sphenoclival tumor patients treated in our hospital with extended bifrontal epidural transsphenoidal approach were reviewed for this study Results 4 cases resulted in total removal and 2 had remainings while most part of it were resected in 4 other cases. Conclusion The approach to sphenoclival tumor excision is effective for its less complication and damage. |
