| 摘 要： | 本文报道采用体外震波、自制中药舒胆合剂和西药熊去氧胆酸三者中西医结合的碎、溶、排非手术治疗胆石病２６４例。结果，经平均１８个月随访，临床症状１６２例（７０．７％）消失，４２例（１８．４％）好转，总有效率８９．１％；结石消失９０例（３９．３％），减少或明显缩小９４例（４１％），影像诊断随访有效率８０．３％。其疗效优于长期口服ＵＤＣＡ或单纯震波治疗，认为舒胆合剂起到了相当作用。本文还对舒胆合剂的作用机
