NP与FEC方案作为乳腺癌术后辅助化疗方案的临床比较分析

目的探讨两种不同方案作为乳腺癌术后辅助化疗方案的疗效。方法选择2004年8月~2006年8月在本院或外院确诊并手术的女性乳腺癌患者60例,根据治疗方案分为NP组及FEC组各30例。结果NP组和FEC组的5年生存率分别为83．3％和80．0％,组间比较差异不显著（P〉0．05）。两组主要毒副反应为骨髓抑制、胃肠道反应及静脉炎,具有可逆性,组问比较差异不显著（P〉0．05）,NP组脱发发生率低,未见心脏毒性。结论NP方案作为乳腺癌术后辅助化疗方案的远期疗效和毒副反应与FEC方案相似。尤其对心功能异常者可以考虑应用。值得临床予以推广。

Comparative analysis on NP and FEC regimens as postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy in the treatment of breast cancer

Objective To compare the prostecdtive efficacy and toxicities of NP(Vinorelbine+cisplatin) and FEC(fluorouracil+Epirubicin+ cyclophosphamide) regimens as postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy in the treatment of breast cancer.Methods Of the 60 patients with postoperative breast cancer,30 patients were treated with NP regimen;30 patients with FEC regimen.The prostecdtive efficacy and toxicities were evaluated.Results The 5-year survival rate in the NP group and in the FEC group was 83.3% and 80.0%,respectively,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).The main toxicities of the two groups were marrow suppression、gastrointestinal reaction and local venous taxicity,and they were reversible.Incidence of hair loss was rare in NP group,and no cardiotoxicity happened in NP group.Conclusion The prostecdtive efficacy and toxicities of NP regimen are similar to FEC regimen,and could be recommended as a postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy regimen for patients with breast cancer,especially for cardiac function abnormal patients.
