四川省公立医院2002～2011年医药费用变化情况分析

[目的]探讨四川省公立医院医药费用增长原因,为有效缓解人民群众反映的"看病贵"提供有效途径。[方法]对四川省公立医院2002～2011年医药费用的变化情况进行分析。[结果]四川省公立医院医药费用近10 a持续增长,但增长速度低于居民收入增长速度;药费所占比例近年降低,且低于全国水平。[结论]应从创新管理体制、改革以药补医机制、合理调整医药价格、加大政府投入、完善医疗保障支付制度改革、深化公立医院人事制度改革、完善分配激励机制等方面采取措施控制医药费用。

Analysis on medical cost change of public hospitals in 2002- 2011 in Sichuan province

Objective Discuss the reason of medical costs growth in public hospitals so as to provide efficient path of solving ＂expensive medical costs＂. Methods Analyzed the medical costs change in public hospitals in the resent 10 years （2002-2011） in Sichuan province. Results The medical costs of public hospitals were increasing in the past 10 years in Sichuan province, but the growth rate was lower than the income growth rate of residents. Drugs proportion reduced in the resent years and lower than the national level. Condusions To control the medical cost that from innovate the management system, reform mechanism of drugs benefit fill up medical service, adjust medical service and drug prices, increase government input, perfect medical security payment system reform, deepen public hospitals＇ personnel system reform and perfect distribution incentive mechanism.
