醋酸氯已定口腔消毒液的杀菌效果及毒性研究

摘    要:目的:观察醋酸氯已定口腔消毒液的消毒效果和毒理学安全性。方法:采用定量杀菌试验和动物试验进行研究。结果:该口腔消毒液对大肠杆菌和金葡球菌作用0.5 min杀灭对数值均>5.00;对白色念珠菌作用0.5 min杀灭对数值均>4.00;对皮肤表面自然菌作用1 min,平均杀灭对数值为>2.59,各次试验的杀灭对数值均>1.00。NIH小鼠,SD大鼠急性经口毒性试验结果为LD50均>5000 mg/kg;急性眼刺激试验属无刺激性500 mg/kg~5000 mg/kg剂量的小鼠微核试验未发现该受试样品对体细胞有诱变作用;该消毒液的最大未观察到有害作用剂量大于1000 mg/kg,未发现口腔消毒液对大鼠亚急性经口毒性的主要靶器官。结论:该消毒液杀菌效果好,对黏膜刺激性小,毒性低。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the disinfection effect and toxicity safety of oral chlorhexidine acetate disinfect solution.Methods:The study was carried out with quantitative bactericidal tests and animal tests.Results:The results showed that the killing log values of Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus exposed to the disinfection solution for 0.5 min were all >5.00,and that of Candida albicans exposed to the disinfection solution for 0.5 min was >4.00;the mean kill logrithm of skin natural bacteria with 1 min was>2.59,the mean kill logrithm of all tests was>1.00.The acute oral toxicity test in NIH little rats and SD big rats showed LD50 >5000 mg/kg;acute eye irritation test showed non-irritaion;repeated 500 mg/kg~5000 mg/kg body weights dose tests using this solution indicated no mutagenesis effect on body cell;The maximum unobserved dosage was>1000 mg/kg.And no main target organs were found to be sub-acute oral toxicity in rats.Conclusion:The disinfectant had good bactericidal effect,mild irritation on mucosa,and low toxicity.
