| 摘 要： | 葡萄球菌尤其是耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌(MRSA)所致的感染日益增多,夫西地酸作为一种窄谱、高效抗生素在国外被广泛应用于预防和治疗葡萄球菌感染近40年仍疗效显著,而且耐药率低、不良反应少,因而越来越受关注。撰文针对其抗菌机制、耐药性、不良反应,以及近年国内外应用于治疗葡萄球菌引起的肺炎、皮肤软组织感染、骨和关节感染和外科手术预防葡萄球菌感染等方面的研究进展进行总结,以便引起广大医护人员的重视,提高防治葡萄球菌感染的显效率,降低耐药率。
