职业性接触CO对男工生殖功能及子代健康的影响

为研究职业性接触ＣＯ对男工生殖功能的影响，对长期接触ＣＯ男工的生殖功能、妻子妊娠结局及子代健康进行了调查。结果表明，男工长期接触ＣＯ对妻子妊娠结局及子代健康影响不甚明显，但其生殖功能障碍症状积分显著高出对照组，且与接触工龄和神经障碍症状积分呈正相关。提示长期接触ＣＯ可能影响男工的生殖功能。

EFFECTS OF CO EXPOSURE ON THE REPRODUCTIVE FUNCTION OF WORKMEN AND THE HEALTH OF THEIR OFFSPRINGS

In order to study the effects of occupational CO exposure on the male reproductive function,the reproductive function of workmen, the pregnancy outcome of their spouses and the health of their offsprings were investigated by questionaire. The results showed that the symptomatic scores in the reproductive dysfunctions and the nervous symptom of the exposed group were significantly higher than those of control group (p<0.001). Multiple stepwise regressive analyses also indicated that the symptomatic scores of reproductive dysfunctions was notably correlated with years of exposure and the scores of nervous symptom respectively(P<0.05). However,there were no significant differences in the pregnancy outcome of their wives and the health of their offsprings between the exposed and control groups. These results suggested that CO exposure might affect the male reproductive function.
