耳内、耳后联合切口在乳突术中的应用

采用耳内、耳后联合切口对乳突骨质破坏范围大的中耳乳突炎伴有耳道细窄或胆脂瘤型中耳乳突炎引起颅内或颅外并发症的87耳进行乳突根治手术,达到了彻底清除病灶、建立术腔的通畅引流及一期完成手术治疗的效果。

Application of Endaural and Postauricular Combined Incision in Mastoid Operation

The mastoidotympanectomy was performed with endaural and postauricular combined incision for 87 ears suffered from otomastoiditis with destruction of greater part of the mastoid bone accompanied with stenosis of the external auditory meatus or suffered from cholesteatomatous otomastoiditis accompanied with intracranial or extracranial complication. The focus was cleared fully. The fluent drainage of operative cavity was set up. The operation was finished only at a time.
