神经肽Y和一氧化氮合酶阳性神经元在大鼠大脑皮质枕叶的分布及其衰老变化

摘    要:目的:研究大鼠皮质枕叶神经肽Y(NPY)和一氧化氮合酶(NOS1)阳性神经元的分布及其衰老变化。方法:采用免疫组化SABC法,观察3个不同年龄组大鼠大脑皮质枕叶NPY和NOS1阳性神经元的分布及形态特征,并进行比较。结果:NPY和NOS1阳性细胞在皮质Ⅱ-Ⅳ层均有分布,两者都属于非锥体形神经元;比较3个年龄组两种阳性细胞的数量和截面积的变化,发现老年组与幼年组及中年组相比,两项指标都显著减少(P<0.01)。结论:NPY和一氧化氮(NO)作为神经递质,可能与在脑皮质枕叶功能的调节有关;随着衰老这两种阳性神经元的变化可能影响NPY及NO发挥正常的生理功能。

Abstract:Objective To study distribution and aged-related change of neuropeptide Y and nitric oxide synthase(NOS)-positive neurons in occipital cortex of rats.Methods Immunohistochemical SABC method was used to observe and compare distribution and morphological character of neuropeptide Y and NOS-positive neurons in occipital cortex of 3 groups rats.Results NOS1 and NPY-positive neurons distributed in layers Ⅱ~Ⅵ of cerebral cortex,and both of them were shown non-pyramidal form;comparing the old group with the infant and the adult,the number and section acreage of positive cells had significant decrease(P<0.01).Conclusion As neurotransmitter,NPY and nitric oxide(NO) is probably related to the regulation function of occipical cortex,NPY and NOS1-positive neurons changes with aging,which influence natural physiological function of NPY and NO.
