甲状腺素对大鼠胰岛β细胞形态的影响

目的研究甲状腺素（Thyroxine,TH）对SD（Sprague-Dawley）大鼠胰岛β细胞形态的影响。方法健康成年SD大鼠30只,随机分为3组,对照组,给予NS10 ml/（kg·d）;低剂量组,给予甲状腺素100μg/（kg·d）;高剂量组,给予甲状腺素600μg/（kg·d）;ig,每天一次,连续用药14 d,取出大鼠胰脏,制备电镜标本,观察TH对大鼠胰岛β细胞超微结构的影响。结果电子显微镜观察显示：高剂量组（TH600μg·kg^-1·d^-1,ig,14 d）和低剂量组（TH100μg·kg^-1·d-^1,ig,14 d）与对照组比较,多数胰岛β细胞超微结构正常,部分胰岛β细胞超微结构呈现不同程度的退行性变化,在大鼠高剂量组电镜标本上述现象更为明显。结论电镜观察显示,甲状腺素对高剂量组大鼠胰岛β细胞的形态结构有明显的影响。

The effects of thyroxine on morphologic aspects of pancreatic islet beta cell in rats

Objective： To study the effects of Thyroxine（TH） on morphologic aspects of pancreatic islet beta cell in SD（Sprague-Dawley） rats.Methods： Euthyrox 50？g/tablet was dissolved into solution with NS containing TH 60 μg·ml^-1,10 μg·ml^-1 respectively,30 rats,grown-up and healthy,were randomly divided into the three groups：（1） control group： administered with NS 10ml·kg^-1·d^-1;（2） Low dosage group ： TH 100μg·kg^-1·d^-1;（3） high dosage group： TH 600μg·kg^-1·d^-1;ig,all for 14 days on end.Then the morphology of endocrine cells was observed by electron transmission microscope.Results：Electron microscope observation showed that most of beta cells were normal,but part of beta cells showed retrograde changed especially in the TH high dosage group.Conclusion：There are significant changes in morphology of endocrine cells,observed through electron microscope.
