心理干预对膀胱肿瘤患者术前的影响

目的:探讨心理干预对膀胱肿瘤病人手术前的影响.方法:对2004年1月至2006年8月我科共收治经临床确诊为膀胱肿瘤病人80例,随机分干预组和对照组各40例,干预组在手术前2d接受心理干预,对照组除了接受心理干预外,其余手术前准备工作与干预组基本无差别.结果:焦虑情况,干预组明显优于对照组.两组病人手术前30min血压、脉搏比较,干预组病人手术前的收缩压和脉搏明显优于对照组.结论:心理干预有助于缓解膀胱肿瘤病人术前心理、生理反应,使病人保持良好的心理状态.

Effect of Psychological Intervention on the Prospective Bladder Tumor Patients

Objective: To study the effect of psychological intervention on bladder tumor patients before the operation.Method: The eighty treated cases of bladder tumor patients in our hospital covering the time from Jan.2004 to Aug.2006 were randomly divided into two groups,the intervention group(40cases) and the control group(40cases).The intervention group patients were given psychological intervention two days before the operation,and the other group patients were given the same treatment except for the psychological intervention.Result: The anxiety of the intervention group patients was less obvious than that of the control group.Thirty minutes before the surgery,when tested the blood rate and pulse of the two group patients,the condition of blood pressure and pulse of the intervention patients was much favorable than that of the control group.Conclusion: Psychological intervention is effective in reducing the bladder tumor patients' psychological and physiological reaction before the surgery,which helps the patients retain a good psychological state.
