| 摘 要： | 医疗设备管理是医院管理系统的一个重要分支 ,该文借鉴人力资源管理的新模式“能本管理” ,应用于医院设备管理 ,针对工程技术人员及设备的有机结合 ,以双重能本管理理论来阐述如何充分发挥二者最大效能 ,以保证医疗设备为临床工作提供最佳效能 ,推进医院发展。
