髓内扩张自锁钉治疗胫骨骨折21例

目的：探讨髓内扩张锁钉治疗胫骨骨折的临床疗效。方法：胫骨骨折21例，其中新鲜骨折19例，陈旧性骨折2例；采用开放置入髓内扩张自锁钉治疗。结果：经6～18个月随访，21例均达到骨愈合。无术后感染、无弯钉、断钉及松脱现象，按Klemm功能评定标准，优18例，良2例，可1例，优良率95．2％。结论：髓内扩张自锁钉治疗胫骨骨折具有操作简单，固定可靠，手术时间短，骨折愈合快，可早期功能锻炼及负重，术中不需x—ray监视，便于推广。

Treatment of 21 cases tibial fractures with intramedullary expanded self-locking nailing

Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effects of intramedullary expanded self -locking nailing (IESN) on the treatment of tibial fracutures.
