| 摘 要： | 目的 了解牛初乳对大鼠长期毒性。方法 每天按0．83、1．67和3．33g/Bw的牛初乳粉喂饲大鼠30d。实验结束时采血作血生化及血常规检测，统计脏体比并作肝、肾、脾、胃、睾丸、卵巢病理学检查。结果 牛初乳粉对大鼠生长发育无不良影响，血液学、血清生化指标值在正常值范围内，病理学检查未见特异性病变。结论 牛初乳粉对大鼠未表现出明显的长期毒性。

| Abstract: | Objective To test the safety of bovine colostrum powder in rats. Methods The rats fed with the bovine colostrum powder at doses of 0.83,1.67 and 3.33 g/kg BW for 30 days.Haematological and serum biochemical parameters were measured thereafter,as well as the measurement of ratio of viscera to body weight and the liver,spleen,kidney,(stomach),testis and ovary histology were examined. Results Bovine colostrum powder didn't influence rat(growth) and(development.) The hematology and biochemistry parameters were not altered,and no significant visceral pathology was found as well. Conclusion The experimental rats experience no any chronic toxicities from the bovine colostrum powder. |
