| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清中肿瘤标志物胃泌素释放肽前体（Pro-GRP）、水溶性细胞角蛋白19片段（CYFRA21-1）、血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）和癌胚抗原（CEA）在肺癌诊断中的应用。方法健康对照组70例,肺癌组80例,均同时检测Pro-GRP、GYFRA21-1、VEGF和CEA。结果肺癌组Pro-GRP、CYFRA21-1、VEGF、CEA和对照组比较,差异有统计学定义（P〈0.01）。且CYFRA21-1、VEGF、CEA在非小细胞肺癌中的敏感性和诊断准确性较高。结论血清肿瘤标志物能敏感、特异地进行肺癌的诊断,并对肺癌的分型有重要主义。

| Abstract: | Objective Tumor markers in serum gastrin releasing peptide（Pro-GRP） Water-soluble cytokeratin 19 fragment（CYFRA21-1） vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） and carcinoembryonic antigen（CEA） in diagnosis of lung cancer application.Methods 70 cases of healthy control group,80 cases of lung cancer group were also detected Pro-GRP,GYFRA21-1,VEGF and CEA.Results of lung cancer group Pro-GRP,CYFRA21-1,VEGF,CEA,and the control group,the difference was the definition of（P〈0.01）.And CYFRA21-1,VEGF,CEA in non-small cell lung cancer in a high sensitivity and diagnostic accuracy.Conclusion Serum tumor markers can be sensitive and specific for the diagnosis of lung cancer,and type of lung cancer has important doctrine. |
