偏头痛两种中医肝病证候情绪状态测量分析

目的探讨偏头痛患者不同证候的情绪特征.方法按病证结合的方式选择研究对象,采用中医肝脏象情绪量表、Beck焦虑量表、Beck抑郁量表进行情绪测量.结果偏头痛患者中医肝脏象情绪量表、Beck焦虑量表、Beck抑郁量表各项积分均明显高于健康人对照组(P＜0.01).肝气郁结证中医肝脏象情绪量表抑郁维度分、Beck抑郁量表分明显高于肝阳上亢证(P＜0.05).结论偏头痛有明显的焦虑及抑郁情绪状态.肝气郁结证以抑郁情绪为主,其抑郁程度明显高于肝阳上亢;而肝阳上亢证偏于焦虑情绪.

Analysis of emotional state in migraine patients with liver syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)

To explore the emotional characteristics of migraine patients with different liver syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). All patients were selected in the way of combined disease with TCM syndrome whose emotional state were assessed with Emotions Rating Scale for Ganzangxiang of traditional Chinese medicine (ERSG), Beck anxiety inventory (BAI) and Beck depression inventory (BDI). The accumulating scores of three dimensions in ERSG, BAI and BDI of migraine patients were significantly higher than that of the healthy controls, the scores of depression dimension in ERSG and BDI of migraine patients with Liver-Qi Stagnation syndrome (LQSS) were significantly higher than that of hyperhepatic Yang syndrome (HYS). [Conclusion] Migraine patients have marked anxiety and depression characteristics. The degree of depression in patients with Liver-Qi Stagnation syndrome was significantly higher than that of patients with hyperhepatic Yang syndrome. Those patients with hyperhepatic Yang syndrome tend to show anxiety characteristics.
