| 摘 要： | 目的建立测定氢氯噻嗪片中氢氯噻嗪含量的高效液相色谱（HPLC）法。方法采用HypersilC18柱（150mm×4．6mm，5μm），以乙腈-水（12：88）为流动相，流速为1．0mL／min。检测波长为271nm。结果氢氯噻嗪质量浓度线性范围为2．05～10．25μg／mL，r=0．99999（n=5），平均回收率为98．48％，RSD=0．59％（12=6）。结论HPLC法准确、可靠，适用于测定氢氯噻嗪片中氢氯噻嗪的含量。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of hydrochlorothiazide in Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets. Methods The Hypersil C18 column（150 mm× 4.6 mm, 5 μm）was used with acetonitrile- water （12：88） as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 271 nm. Results The linear range was 2.05- 10. 25 μg/mL, r =0. 999 99 and the average recovery rate was 98.48%, RSD 0. 59% （n = 6）. Conclusion The method is accurate and reliable, which can be used for the determination of hydrochlorothiazide in Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets. |
