免疫组化染色质量控制在肝脏穿刺组织切片中的应用

目的:探讨肝脏穿刺组织HE染色切片及免疫组化染色切片的质量控制与标准化操作在提高病理诊断准确率中的意义。方法:按照质控标准化对298例肝脏穿刺组织行HE制片和免疫组化染色,盲法比较标准化前后病理诊断结果。结果:按照质控标准化制备的常规HE染色切片优良率为92.3%,免疫组化染色切片优良率为91.1%;明显高于未标准化制备的HE切片和免疫组化染色切片(78.9%,74.9%),两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。298例肝脏穿刺组织,标准化后做出明确诊断的有259例(86.9%),标准化前为219例(73.5%),两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:此实验流程提高了肝脏穿刺组织免疫组化染色的质量,诊断率提高,可作为肝脏穿刺组织制片的标准流程应用。

Quality control of immunohistochemical stainiginslice of puncture liver tissues

Objective： To discuss the significance of quality control and standardization of HE and immunohistochemical stainings of puncture liver tissues. Methods：In accordance with the standardization of qualitycontrol · HE and immunohistochemial stainings of puncture liver tissues were performed,and the results were. blindly compared before and after the standardization. Results： The excellent rates of HE and immunohistomieal stainings after the standardization were 92.3 %and 91.1%respectively,and higher than those before the standardization （78. 9%and 74. 9%）, and there was a significant difference,P〈0.05. After the standardization, among 298 cases, 259 cases got the clear diagnoses （86. 9%）, and were higher than those 219 cases （73.5%）before the standardization （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：this stardardization enhances the quality of HE and immunohistochemical stainings of puncture liver tissues and raises the diagnosis rate.
