摘    要:目的:探索针灸治疗缺血性脑病的研究思路.回顾近年国外大量有关神经干细胞(NSC)的研究成果,系统复习了大量国内外关于针灸治疗缺血性脑卒中的研究结果,从临床疗效与作用机理两个方面进行了总结,并对这两者的相关性进行了分析.结果表明针灸治疗缺血性脑卒中可能促进了内源性NSC参与缺血性脑损伤后神经结构与功能的修复与重塑.开展针灸与NSC的主要研究策略为:针灸对脑缺血后内源性NSC激活作用的研究;针灸对内源性NSC影响的分子机制研究.并认为开展此类工作尤其是重点研究针灸对脑缺血后NSC的分化、增殖和迁徙的影响规律等,是进行针灸治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床与基础的关键切入点.

Abstract:Objective To explore study thinking about acupuncture and moxibustion for treatment of ischemic encephalopathies. Methods Review a lot of research achievements about neural stem cells(NSC) abroad and a great number of research results about acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of ischemic apoplexy at home, summarize their clinical therapeutic effects and mechanisms and analyze the correlativity between the therapeutic effects and mechanisms. Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of ischemic stroke promotes possibly endogenous NSC to participate in repair and replasticity of nervous structures and functions after ischemic cerebral injury. And the activating action of acupuncture and moxibustion on endogenous NSC after cerebral ischemia and molecular mechanisms of effects of acupuncture and moxibustion on endogenous NSC shoud be studied, particularly, effects of acupuncture and moxibustion on differentiation, proliferation and translation of NSC after cerebral ischemia and so on are a key of clinical and basic studies of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of ischemic apoplexy.
