| 摘 要： | 目的探讨咳喘合剂治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床疗效。方法将94例中医辨证为痰阻壅肺型的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者随机分为2组，中药组50例，西药组44例。对照组在基础治疗的同时加用抗生素，治疗组在基础治疗的同时加用中药咳喘合剂，用药2周后观察2组的疗效，包括中医症状和动脉血气等指标。结果治疗组总有效率为92%，与对照组（93．18%）相比，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），但治疗组在改善症状和肺功能等方面优于对照组（P〈0．05或0．01）。结论咳喘合剂治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病具有独特的优势，可明显提高疗效。
