伤科外敷黄油纱的制备及质量标准

摘    要:目的探讨伤科外敷黄油纱的制备方法并建立其质量控制标准。方法采用油浸、渗透法制备伤科外敷黄油纱;采用薄层色谱法对处方中的大黄、白芷进行定性鉴别;采用双波长薄层扫描法测定大黄素含量。结果薄层色谱斑点清晰、分离度好、专属性强。大黄素在0.108~0.927μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9991),平均回收率为98.87%,RSD=0.89%(n-=5)。结论该制剂方法设计合理,稳定性好,制备方法可行,所建质量标准可用于伤科外敷黄油纱的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To prepare Shangke Waifu Huangyousha and establish its quality standard. Methods Shangke Waifu Huangyousha was prepared by oil and osmiol. Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, Radix Angelicae Dahuricae in the preparation was qualitatively identified by TLC, and the content of emodin was determined by dual wavelength TLC scanner. Results The TLC sports of the constituents were clear, well-separated and specific. The linear range of emodin was 0.108~0.927 μg (r=0.999 1) and the average recovery was 98.87% (RSD=0.89%, n=5). Conclusion The method of design is reasonable with well stability The established quality standard is applicable for the quality control of Shangke Waifu Huangyousha.
