小切口胆囊切除术的临床应用

目的：探讨小切口胆囊切除术（MC）的安全性和实用性。方法随机选取本院2000年2月至2004年12月经传统开腹胆囊切除术（0C）108例；2005年2月至2009年11月经小切口胆囊切除术（MC）115例。比较两组病例手术时间，术中出血，术后24小时止痛药使用次数，肛门排气时间，并发症及住院时间。结果：MC组相比OC组，其手术时间、术中出血、术后24小时止痛药使用次数和肛门排气时间均明显短而少（P〈0．01），其并发症发生率和住院时间也明显降低和缩短（P〈0．05）结论：小切口胆囊切除术（MC）安全实用，是治疗胆囊疾病的一种较为理想术式，尤其值得基层医院推广和应用。

The Clinical Use of Minor Cholecystectomy(MC)

Objective： Probe into the safety and practicality of minor choleeystectomy（MC）. Method： Random choosing the hospital＇s 108cases of open cholecystectomy （OC） （＇February,2000-December,2004） and 115cases of MC （February,2005-November,2009）, comparing the operation time, bleeding during the operation, the use times of pain-killers, anus exhaust time, eomplieations and hospitalization time. Results： Comparing MC group and OC group, the time of operation, bleeding, pain-killers＇ use and anus exhaust of MC are less than OC （P 〈 0.01）, the incidence of complications and hospitalization time of MC are lowered and shortened （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： MC is safe and practical. It is an ideal operation way to cure gall bladder diseases, especially for the fundamental hospitals.
