| 摘 要： | 目的观察功能性便秘患者的中医证候分布及其与焦虑抑郁的相关性。方法对I51例确诊为功能性便秘患者进行中医辨证分型，然后采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）和汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）进行测评，同时纳入25例健康人作为测评对照。结果功能性便秘以脾胃气虚证（47例）、阴虚肠燥证（46例）为多，较少的还有气机郁滞证（34例）、脾肾阳虚证（16例）、肠胃积热证（8例）；功能性便秘患者的HAMA得分（11．23±5．556）及HAMD得分（6．71±4．805）均明显高于健康对照（4．44±2．043、3．48±2．417）；其中气机郁滞证患者的HAMA和HAMD得分均高于其他各证型（P〈0．01）。结论功能性便秘患者以脾胃气虚证、阴虚肠燥证为多见，并有明显的焦虑、抑郁倾向，其中气机郁滞证者更为突出。
