| 摘 要： | 崩漏属中医妇科疑、难、重、急之症,亦属临床常见病、多发病。崩漏患者年龄跨度大,病因病机复杂。导师贺丰杰教授认为,该病的病机关键为瘀血内阻,血不循经,治疗时宜活血化瘀、止血调经,采用凋膜止崩乳膏通过宫腔靶向用药,临床治疗效果明显。

| Abstract: | Uterine bleeding is suspected,heavy,difficult in gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine,acute disease. It is the clinical common disease,frequently occurring disease. The age of patients with uterine of large span,complex etiology and pathogenesis. Professor He Fengjie thinks,the key pathogenesis of the disease is blood stasis,blood does not follow through,which should be treated by promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,regulating menstruation,through the palace cavity targeting therapy,has got curative clinical effect. |
