| 摘 要： | 目的观察自拟疏肝和胃方与西医常规疗法结合治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并胃食管反流病(GERD)的疗效。方法将46例2型糖尿病合并GERD的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组予西药降糖、抗酸、胃动力药及营养神经治疗;治疗组在降糖、营养神经的基础上予自拟疏肝和胃方内服,两组治疗均2 W为1个疗程,2个疗程后比较疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为91.3%,对照组总有效率为78.3%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论自拟疏肝和胃方与西医常规疗法结合治疗2型糖尿病合并GERD疗效较好。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of Shugan Hewei decoction combined with routine western medicine therapy in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus（ T2DM） complicated with gastroesophageal reflux disease（ GERD） effect.Methods 46 cases of type 2 diabetic patients with GERD were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,the control group were treated with hypoglycemic,anti acid,gastric motility drugs and neurotrophic treatment;treatment group were treated by Shugan Hewei Decoction taken orally on hypoglycemic,nerve,the two groups were 2weeks for 1 period of treatment,curative effect after 2 courses. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 91.3 %,total effective rate of the control group was 78. 3 %,there was significant difference between two groups（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of type 2 diabetes with GERD has better effect with Shugan Hewei decoction and routine western medicine. |
