王捷虹主任医师自拟和降调胃汤治疗脾胃气滞型慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效观察

目的观察王捷虹主任医师自拟和降调胃汤治疗脾胃气滞型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法将脾胃气滞型慢性萎缩性胃炎58例患者随机分为两组,治疗组29例用和降调胃汤加减治疗,对照组29例用荆花胃康胶丸治疗,疗程均为2个月。疗程结束后观察其对临床症状、胃镜下黏膜病变和病理组织学的改善情况。结果治疗组痊愈2例,显效15例,有效9例,无效3例,总有效率为89.66%;对照组痊愈0例,显效12例,有效9例,无效8例,总有效率为72.41%。两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论和降调胃汤对脾胃气滞型慢性萎缩性胃炎有较好的疗效。

Clinical Observation of Chief Physician Wang Jiehong Self- made Hejiang Tiaowei Decoction in the Treatment of Stomach Qi Stagnation Type Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of chief physician Wang Jiehong self- made HejiangTiaowei Decoction in the treatment of stomach qi stagnation type chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods The spleen and stomach qi stagnation type chronic atrophic gastritis,58 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group of29 cases gave Hejiang Tiaowei Decoction,29 cases in the control group with Jinghua Weikang capsules treatment,treatment for 2 months. Observed the improvement of mucosal lesions and pathological symptoms,gastroscope after the end of the course. Results The treatment group 2 cases were cured,15 cases were markedly effective,9 cases,3 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 89. 7 %; the control group 0 cases were cured,12 cases were markedly effective,9cases,8 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 72. 4 %. The two group total effectiveness comparisons have statistics significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Hejiang Tiaowei decoction has good effect on spleen stomach qi stagnation type chronic atrophic gastritis.
