慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉鼻内镜手术后应用中药治疗的临床观察

目的 探讨鼻窦炎口服液在鼻窦手术后的辅助治疗作用。方法 86例病例随机分为治疗组和对照组各43例,对照组术后常规给予抗生素、激素等治疗,治疗组除常规治疗外,术后同时加用中药鼻窦炎口服液治疗。结果 治疗组治愈率93.0％,对照组对治愈率76.7％,经卡方检验X~2=4.44.P<0.05),两组疗效差异有显著性意义。治疗组鼻腔分泌物稀薄,粘膜水肿反应轻,消退快,术腔上皮化过程明显缩短,复发率为2.3％,明显低于对照组7.0％。结论 鼻窦炎口服液不但可以提高和巩固手术疗效,减少复发,而且术后可以减少抗生素、激素用量,可长期服用,无药物毒副作用。

Clinical observation on the therapeutic effect of integrated therapy with ESS and SOL following the operation on chronic Sinusitis

Objective To investigate the auxilliary therapeutic effect of sinusitis Oral Liquid (SOL) following ESS. Methods 86 cases with sinus lesious were randomly divided into treating group(Group I ) and controlling group (Group II ). each including 43 cases. Group H was routinely treated with antibiotics, hormone after operation. Besides the surgical, procedures as given in group II . cases in group I were treated with SOL following the operation. Results The curative rate in group I was 93. 0%. significantly higher than that (76. 7%) in group II (P <0. 05). Moreover, compared with those in group II , cases in group I were seen with less thin nasal secretion significantly reduced edema in mucosa, accompanied by speed-up extinctive period of it after operation and accelerated course of ephhelialiation in the operated cavity. Conclusions The combined therapy with SOL can not only increase and strongthen the therapeutic effect of sinus surgery without any side effcets, but also reduce the dosage of antibiotics and hormone given after surgery SOL is a good kind of auxilliary drug after ESS, foruse in alonger period.
