| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脑电图（EEG）和磁共振成像（MRI）对小儿流行性腮腺炎并脑膜脑炎的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析60例经临床确诊的儿童流行性腮腺炎并脑膜脑炎的脑电图和磁共振表现并进行比较。结果EEG和MRI检查的阳性率分别为90．0％和78．3％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论EEG对儿童流行性腮腺炎并脑膜脑炎诊断的敏感性优于MRI，EEG和MRI相结合有助于提高其诊断。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the value of electroencephalogram and MRI in diagnosis of pediatric mumps meningeal encephalitis.Methods The EEG and MRI of 60 cases who were diagnosed pediatric mumps meningeal encephalitis were retrospectively analysed.Results The positive rate of EEG and MRI in pediatric mumps meningeal encephalitis were 90.0% and 78.3 % respectively ( P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusion EEG shows higher sensitivity in diagnosis of pediatric mumps meningeal encephalitis than MRI and it is helpful to combinate EEG and MRI. |
